We want you to be fully satisfied with your Squid Industries trainer; therefore, we offer a 15-day return window for all unused products in their original packaging. Please note that items showing signs of impact, drops, or hardware modification are ineligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your trainer is in brand-new condition and within 15 days of the delivery date.

  Submit a Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Place the trainer in its original box and use a padded mailer to prevent any damage during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send the package to our California facility using a tracked shipping method and await your refund confirmation.
